Mark Levin rightfully pointed out the media hardly mentioned his passing today.

I"ve seen enough of these confirmation hearings to know exactly how conservatives are treated.Yet when a Democrat is up for confirmation everyone is supposed to fall in line and confirm. They don't get "borked" but i think it's about time they were.

The big objection to Bork-Robert Bork believed
judges should interpret the law according to the original intent of the Constitution's framers.
Can you imagine a Supreme Court Justice believing that? Upholding the Constitution of the United States? Whoda thunk?
So, Mr Bork, an honorable man you have the last say because Obama is stuck with the nominee that was confirmed.
